Herridge, Davis expose Democrat whistleblower deceptions

While the left-wing media are busy parroting anti-Trump propaganda, a few journalists have unearthed damaging evidence that the Democrats are running a deceptive and duplicitous campaign against Trump.

Sean Davis was the first one to discover that the whistleblower complaint form had been revised to allow second-hand complaints to be submitted — and that the change was suspiciously timed to make it possible for the complaint about the Ukraine phone call to be sent to Rep. Adam Schiff.

We subsequently learned that Schiff had lied publicly about contacts that his staff had with the whistleblower prior to the complaint being forwarded to Congress officially by the inspector general. That makes Schiff a fact witness, who should not therefore be allowed to continue in his role as lord admiral of the impeachment “inquiry.”

Most recently, Catherine Herridge of Fox News has turned up evidence that the whistleblower also lied about his (or her) contacts with Schiff and his committee prior to the whistleblower complaint being made public.

… sources said ICIG Michael Atkinson told lawmakers in a closed session that the whistleblower did not disclose the contact with the California Democrat’s committee and that Atkinson didn’t investigate that contact as he had no knowledge of it.

According to subsequent reporting by Davis, the whistleblower could face criminal charges for failing to disclose contact with Schiff’s staff.

The complainant’s failure to disclose his interactions with Schiff or his staff could put him in legal hot water, as the whistleblower form he submitted requires individuals to disclose “other actions you are taking on your disclosure” under penalty of perjury. An entire page of the whistleblower form is dedicated to collecting information about previous disclosures so the ICIG can take appropriate action in response to the complaint.

“I have previously disclosed (or am disclosing) the violations alleged here to (complete all that apply),” the form requires the complainant to attest. The form includes checkboxes for disclosures to other inspectors general, other agencies, the Department of Justice, the Government Accountability Office, the Office of Special Counsel, other executive branch departments, Congress and its respective committees, and media. It also includes a separate question asking the complainant to detail those previous disclosures to the ICIG.

In an update, Davis said an official confirmed that the whistleblower did not check the box mentioning contact with Congress.

If the Republicans don’t bow to pressure from the lying, cheating Democrats, that should mean prosecution of the Deep State operative who is trying to hang Trump. Here’s what he/she signed:

“I certify that all of the statements made in this complaint (including any continuation pages) are true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,” whistleblowers are required to attest. “I understand that, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1001, a false statement or concealment of a material fact is a criminal offense punishable by a fine of up to $10,000, imprisonment for up to five years, or both.”

Liar liar, pants on fire.
