Supreme Court confirms USA is dead

We were pretty sure before now, but the Supreme Court eliminated any doubt today — the United States of America is dead. All that remains is a burial, and President Joe Biden will preside over that.

Yep, the nation’s high court refused to hear the lawsuit brought by the state of Texas against the fraudulent and corrupt election of Biden, and that guarantees that millions of Americans have lost their faith in the government.

The court doesn’t say that the election was fair or free or legitimate — just that it doesn’t want to get involved:

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,” the Supreme Court’s order reads. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

This is so infuriating. “Standing” is always the excuse courts use when they don’t want to hear a case because they are avoiding responsibility. But if Texas does not have standing or a “cognizable interest” in protecting free and fair elections in the United States, then none of us do. Then we are no longer a republic or a nation of laws; we are a people in captivity.

Short of a miracle, President Trump will be turned out of office on Jan. 20, 2021, and the country will enter the interregnum, the four years between Donald Trump’s first term and his second term. But whatever happens next, America will never be the same. The country as we knew it is dead.

  1. The Constitution hangs on a thread. Until it is destroyed, the United States of America has a lifeline left. Pennsylvania is still on the line. Stand strong friends! There are many of us who still believe.

  2. A Christmas miracle would be good, as Susan Taylor wrote, or as Cynthia wrote, there is still hope for Pennsylvania. I was so sad with this Supreme Court result, and maybe I shouldn’t hold out hope, but President Trump is such a fighter, I am still hoping the truth will win out.
