Try as I might, I can’t make myself fret and worry on this blessed Christmas Day.
We’ve got 364 days a year to despair about the state of the nation, and it’s tempting to make it a clean sweep, but instead I’ll spread Christmas cheer.
The birth of Jesus is a symbol of hope and righteousness in the midst of darkness. Let’s make that our focus today and remember that no matter how lost we become, there is a loving God who is always ready to welcome us home.
Let the Christmas star lead you like it led the wise men of old. Enjoy your day and gather your strength for the battle that is still ahead. We are called to choose sides, not to surrender.
