Japanese news sources over the weekend published reports that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is in a vegetative state following heart surgery earlier this month.
If so, all one can say is Hallelujah! God’s justice is certain!
It was just four years ago, at the height of Kim’s terror campaign, that American student Otto Warmbier was arrested in North Korea and sentenced to 15 years of hard labor for stealing a propaganda poster as a college prank.
Warmbier was released by North Korea in June 2017 after the intercession of President Trump, but it was too late. Apparently shortly after his sentencing in March 2016, he fell into a coma and lapsed into a vegetative state. He died just a week after returning home.
Now we are told that the brutal dictator has suffered a similar fate. Let the world note that the power granted by guns and money cannot stand up to the power of certain justice wielded by God. If you sow the wind, you will reap the whirlwind.
As Paul wrote in his letter to the Colossians, “For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality.”

I like this article. The wrong doer reaps his punishment. That is justice. But, for what that ruling family has done for the past 77 years to North Korean citizens will never be paid for by any type of punishment, at least that I can think of. He now goes the way of Mao, Stalin,Hitler, and his father, etc., who had to kill and torture their people to hold total authoratarian power. That is the story of socialism that slowly creeps into communism. That is the real history of such rulers throughout mankind. RLS
