Now more than ever: ‘Why We Needed Trump’

They won’t ever make me apologize for supporting Donald Trump. I have published three books explaining “Why We Needed Trump,” and the last four years have been the exclamation point on that sentiment.

Donald Trump won’t back down, and neither will I.

It should be noted that until 2001, I was a fairly typical liberal Democrat, but that all changed after 9/11 when I started to see that my fellow Democrats did not love America the same way I did. Then, starting in 2004 I began to chronicle my disaffection with politics as usual in my “Editor’s 2 Cents” column in the Daily Inter Lake in Kalispell, Montana.

Over the next 14 years, I wrote about the globalist anti-American agenda of first the Bush 43 administration, then the Obama administration, and wrote about my disappointment with both John McCain and Mitt Romney as well as numerous GOP members of Congress.

Then when Donald Trump appeared on the political scene in 2015, I saw that there was hope for reversing the disastrous open-border policies that were threatening American sovereignty. I was probably the first editor of a daily newspaper to endorse Trump. Like millions of others, I believed that Trump would challenge the Uni-Party rule that had pitted the elites against the people. I also was heartened by Trump’s refusal to back down before the corrupt media.

When Trump won in 2016 against great odds, I then watched along with all of you as the Democrats and Deep State tried to negate the election through the Russian collusion hoax, the Fake Ukrainian Impeachment and more. In late 2018 and early 2019 I collected dozens of my columns about the corrupt Republicans and radical Democrats into a trilogy of books that put the events of recent history into context as an explanation for “Why We Needed Trump.” Now that the Washington elites have apparently succeeded in sidelining Trump, it is more important than ever to keep in mind why Trump’s presidency was a crucial bulwark against the Deep State.

Part 1 of the trilogy is subtitled “Bush’s Global Failure: Half Right.” Part 2 is “Obama’s Fundamental Transformation: Far Left.” Part 3 is “Trump’s American Vision: Just Right.” The books are all still available for sale, and will provide Trump supporters with many hours of good reading over the next few months as we prepare for the next step in restoring the Constitution.

In addition, you can check out my newest book, “How We Got Here: The Left’s Assault on the Constitution” and “The Media Matrix: What if Everything You Know is Fake?”

Although the movement has suffered a setback, we are not defeated. Stay in the fight!

  1. You’ve been great, Mr. Miele and I have your terrific books. I won’t give up on Trump, either.
With the lies, innuendo, and slander toward President Trump and his work, his goals, and his accomplishments, it’s a wonder he didn’t quit. But this man is the best president we’ve had in my lifetime.
The RINOs and the hate filled people like Pelosi who are really consumed with venom, have led this country to bad results. The venom they spew gets liberal-political-media to put a microphone and camera to amplify their false accusations. The cameras and microphones delight in every sentence, every paragraph they get to broadcast which constantly maligns President Trump. People have called this a Trump derangement syndrome, but it is a marketing tool. These smart people decided it is better business to crush Trump than to praise him. They forget that 75 million people agree with and admire President Trump’s world view. The destruction of this world view is applauded, promoted, encouraged, and egged on by the liberal press. Why do these malignant and toxic people think that what they want their world view to be is ok, but my “world view” is wrong. Actually, we know the answer.
Get rid of us or mock us and we will be “non-people” Then we are eligible to be crushed and destroyed. The dishonest liberal media know the truth about the Biden Bribery Scheme, but choose to cover it up. Isn’t that the worst thing they can do? Aren’t Bernstein and Woodward all about “No Coverups”? “Watergate.” Etc. Many, many accomplishments were made by President Trump, and one of the best is that he uncovered the dishonesty and bias of the liberal-political-media. The liberal-political-media choose to bring incorrect stories about Trump to their audience and to force their audience to judge the Biden Cabal as though they are successfully seeing the country the way it ought to be. Without asking us. Without asking 75 million people. Be strong, Mr. Miele. I have zero influence, but you make your readers feel that you and your background and your associates will tell our story.

  2. Another great article Frank. Thank you for your voice. Question: where else can I buy your books? I’m going to have a very hard time in the future buying anything through Amazon after they gave President Trump and the social media app Parler the boot. Maybe I’ll have to take the train to Whitefish again and pick them up in person… 🙂 Keep writing!
