It was never about helping everyday Americans survive the COVID pandemic. The months-long negotiation over a COVID stimulus package was really just another “smash and grab” operation by the Democrat Party, and they grabbed plenty.
Plenty of patriots have complained that the 5,000-plus page bill could only manage $600 for each American to help them during the COVID “crisis” while paying hundreds of billions of dollars to foreign countries and to sweetheart deals. It’s the latest example of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer beating the Republicans, who don’t seem to realize they are dismantling our country. For Republicans, this is a classic case of selling your birthright for a mess of pottage.
Today, I found out about one of the sweetheart deals that Democrats won, and I am furious. The Congress has ceded American sovereignty in a large part of Montana to the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. The “stimulus” bill includes two provisions of surrender to the tribes that were engineered by globalist Democrats and accepted by RINO Republicans.
Of course, there was no discussion of these provisions in public before the House and Senate voted in a “hurry up and go home for Christmas” scam. Montanans who have been fighting these giveaways for years had no idea they were in the bill. I wouldn’t have known either except the Montana Conservation Voters put out a press release congratulating the tribes for passage in Congress of the Bison Range Management Transfer and the Montana Water Rights Settlement Act.
Both of these unconstitutional provisions will take rights of all the people of the United States and transfer them to a small Indian reservation near Kalispell, Montana.
If President Trump signs the law, it will transfer management of the National Bison Range at Moiese, Montana, from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. This puts a non-federal entity in charge of a federal property. The bill would also ratify the Tribes’ water compact, which foolishly surrendered billions of dollars of individual and public water rights to the Tribes on the basis of a blatant misreading of a decades-old treaty. (Democrats claim there is no difference between fishing rights and water rights!)
So now the $900 billion question: What else is in the bill? I don’t know, and you don’t know, and neither do the congressmen and senators who voted for it!
But if the Montana poison pills are indicative of what else is in the non-COVID non-stimulus bill, then the Republicans have been taken for a ride again by the Democrats in Congress. Montana’s Republican Senator Steve Daines votes for this trash and he should be held accountable. Also, President Trump should — MUST — veto this bill, even if the Republican Party foolishly overrides the veto.
Since Republicans are intent on turning their back on the American people, let them do so without the help of the “America First” president! This is NOT about America first; it is about “special interests” first, and it stinks.
It’s time for a new party to replace the Republicans — a party that will fight for the Constitution and for American values. The battle lines are drawn.

I think that perhaps President Trump has played the dems and the rhinos and has given them enough rope to hang themselves. He and Mnuchin allowed them to pack billions of dollars of pork into the bill and now he can veto it to show the American people that he is on their side. He has nothing to lose: if he is successful in turning back the fraudulent election it will be because proof of fraud was victorious not because he signed a lousy bill that screws Americans and if he is not successful, so what if he has vetoed a lousy bill. This may be his most masterful play yet!
