Trump says DOJ ‘missing in action’ on election fraud, and asks ‘Where’s Durham?’

President Donald Trump sat today for his first interview since the Nov. 3 election, and he laid out in detail for Maria Bartiromo why he is fighting to overturn the election results on account of fraud in multiple states.

Most significant perhaps were Trump’s comments on why he alone in the federal government seems to be fighting to protect election integrity.

“Where is the DOJ and the FBI in all this, Mr. President?” asked Bartiromo.

“Missing in action. Can’t tell you where they are. I ask, ‘Are they looking at it?’ Everyone says, yes they’re looking at it. … Where are they with Comey and McCabe and all these other people? They lied to Congress. They lied, they leaked, they spied on our campaign. Where are they with all this stuff?

“And where’s Durham? What happened to Durham?” The president asked about US Attorney John Durham who is supposed to be investigating DOJ collusion against Trump in the Russia Hoax.

Bartiromo later suggested that “something happened” to Durham around September. It looked like charges were going to be brought against the Russia Hoax collaborators, and then magically it just went away. What happened?

Toward the end of the interview, Bartiromo asked Trump if he thought he could prove his case against Joe Biden in the coming weeks.

“Well, I’m going to use 125% of my energy to do it. You need a judge that’s willing to hear a case. You need a Supreme Court that’s willing to make a real big decision.”

In conclusion, the president said that if Republicans allow the cheating to stand, “you will never have another Republican elected in the history of this country at a Senate level or a presidential level or at a House level.”

  1. All are and have been wondering just that. Since the public is last to get the memo I am wondering if they are working and will report soon. It just doesn’t seem they can run away from their duties and have any institutional value in the future. That goes for the election fraud as well A lot of people will have to make important decisions if we are to save the country. And, many will be against their colleagues. If our courts and federal institutions do not step up, then how can the country have a future other than a Marxist governing system. We will see who will be the real men within the next few weeks. If the truth does not come out, then the country is on a rapid downhill roll to authoritarianism. There is no turning back, if this is not thoroughly brought to justice. RLS

    1. Well said! I have my doubts whether the politicians and judges of today have the moral fortitude to do right regardless of the cost. We shall see how many of them are cut from the same weak cloth as Justice Roberts and Gov. Brian Kemp.
